Gary worked as a pastor for the next 17 years in both Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland and was involved in both church revitalization and church planting, before moving to Brisbane to lead the team at QTC.

Mark Baddeley

Mark came to QTC in 2012 straight from Oxford, where he was working on his D.Phil. on Athanasius’ Doctrine of the Atonement, having already done a masters degree in systematic theology (also at Oxford University). Prior to that, Mark had studied and then taught at Moore Theological College. Mark is married to Jenny and has two boys, Jonathan and Sam.

Joe Khan

Pastor of Rosalie Baptist Church

Joe is the Pastor at Rosalie Baptist Church. For 20 years Joe has been involved in both voluntary and full-time ministry in various Baptist churches where he has developed a passion for preaching and teaching the gospel to people from all backgrounds. In 2012 Joe came to Rosalie as part of an intentional revitalisation partnership in order to see a struggling church recapture its gospel fervour and fulfil its mission to the Paddington community. God has graciously blessed this work and today the church is a growing and healthy community which has significant impact in the local area. Through this experience Joe has been caused to think deeply about church and its connection to local community, especially in inner city areas like Rosalie. He is married to Becky and they have three daughters, Emily, Lydia and Miriam.
